Environmental Remote Sensing
Environmental Remote Sensing (in partnership with DisAItek): In partnership with DisAItek, we are working on the early detection of Swollen Shoot Disease, the identification of shade-tolerant trees, the differentiation of tree species, and the precise distinction between agroforestry systems and primary forests.
Academic Research: We are investing in academic research in partnership with INPHB University and a doctoral student to develop agroforestry systems that are both economically and ecologically sound.
Hybrid Studies (Fieldwork vs. Remote Sensing): From data collection to analysis and visualization, we are able to conduct botanical, ethnobotanical, and socioeconomic studies from start to finish, tailored to your specific sectors and integrated with data from satellite technologies.
So-B-Carbon Tool: In light of Net Zero commitments and growing European requirements for carbon transparency, we are currently working to develop a reliable, science-based tool for measuring GHG emissions associated with the cocoa supply chain. Our solution calculates Scope 3 emissions and carbon stocks directly at the production and sourcing sites, using a methodology that complies with leading international standards (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064-1, IPCC, LSRS, etc.).
